FAX Orders:
To place an order by fax, use our Online Ordering System to generate your order, and then print out the order. Fax your order to (212) 510 7351 or you may send a written request by e-mail. You must include, items you wish to purchase and your Credit Card information. Also, the type of credit card, card number, expiration date, credit card billing address, contact phone number and shipping address if it is different from the billing address, You must include a contact phone number.Sales Tax:

www.Loftbed.net offers Free Drop Off Service in 5 boroughs of NY and Parts of (NJ, Long Island and Westchester).We also do professional Home delivery and installation services at a low fee which includes: (bringing the merchandise inside your house, unpacking, assemble and placement it in the room of your choice). For customers in all other states we offer curbside delivery (meaning the delivery service will deliver the merchandise to your home but will not bring it inside your home).

We do not collect sales tax
on deliveries out of New York state. Shipping is always FREE
within Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx and Staten Island and parts of New
Jersey, Long Island and Westchester.

Please allow up to 2 to 5 business days for delivery based on availability.
For local deliveries in New York and New Jersey we use our own trucks making it faster and cheaper to bring your order to you.

Why should I wait for my order longer than I expected?
The first reason is that the product is no longer available or not in stock. It could have been bought just before you made the order, and now we are waiting for the new arrival of goods from the manufacturer. Usually a delivery takes from 5 to 7 days, but if the manufacturer warehouse is far away from us it can take from 10 days to 20 days.
The second reason is credit card fraud. For this reason, we ask the owner to confirm the credit card, or use other options for the safety of your money and secure shopping.
You know the address and telephone number of our store, so you have nothing to fear, as opposed to us.
The third reason - it's the weather conditions (but it is the rarest reason). It happens that the terrible weather does not give us the opportunity to get to the warehouse and deliver the goods.
Exchange Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your item, you have 10 days to return the item to www.Loftbed.net in new condition and original packaging. You, the customer, are responsible for return shipping. Once the merchandise is received at our warehouse and inspected, we will refund the purchase price (not including shipping) less a 20% re-stocking fee. Your credit will be processed within 1 week.
We will not charge a fee on canceled orders that have not been processed! We normally process all orders within 24 hrs.
It is important that you inspect the furniture for damages upon delivery, if an item is found defective, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.
Mattresses are not returnable once removed from plastic bag. Mattresses that have never been removed from original bag can be returned up to 7 days after date of delivery. There is a 20% restocking fee that will apply for any new returned mattress.
We cannot be held responsible if your order does not fit into your home. You cannot refuse or return your order for this reason. If you have purchased from us a special assembly package, all the furniture must be inspected immediately upon assembly completion for damage. Only at this time can a damage claim be filed.
It is solely the responsibility of the customer to transport returned merchandise to the store. We can arrange a delivery service to pickup merchandise that needs to be returned or exchanged for an additional fee which is paid directly to the delivery service.
