FAX Orders:

To place an order by fax, use our Online Ordering System to generate your order, and then print out the order. Fax your order to (212) 447 9575 or you may send a written request by e-mail. You must include, items you wish to purchase and your Credit Card information. Also, the type of credit card, card number, expiration date, credit card billing address, contact phone number and shipping address if it is different from the billing address, You must include a contact phone number.
