SHIPPING 
 
We ship all loftbeds free of charge within the five boroughs of New York City. Five boroughs include Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx and Staten Island. Loftbeds, that are in stock, will ship out within a week. Loftbeds, that are not in stock, will take 8 weeks to ship out. When the loftbed is shipped, you as the cardmember must be present to accept delivery and show 2 pieces of identification along with the credit card, that you used, and you have to sign the credit card stub in front of the driver.

We also offer Red Carpet service within the five boroughs of New York City for an additional cost of $60.00, that you will pay directly to the driver. Red Carpet service includes delivery of your new loftbed into your apartment or house and installation. To utilize the Red Carpet service just write in the comments section upon completion of your order "Red Carpet". This way we will know you want to have your loftbed delivered and installed.

PAYMENTS

For your convenience we accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. Only the cardmember is allowed to place an order online. When an item is delivered, the cardmember has to be present, accept delivery and must have the credit card, that was used along with 2 pieces of identification, and sign the credit card stub in the presence of our delivery person.

EXCHANGE POLICY
 
Merchandise, purchased at lofted.net, may be returned within 14 days of delivery. A 25% restock fee will apply, and you are responsible for shipping charges, incurred for shipping the merchandise back. All merchandise must be in its original carton. As soon as we receive the goods back, we will check to see, that no parts are missing, and then we will issue credit to your account. You must get a return authorization prior to shipping the goods back.
